Nick MacMahon is a Canadian film and video game composer. He writes melodic music that marries the elegant harmony of classical & jazz with the gritty textures of heavy metal and electroacoustic music. An accomplished pianist and classical guitarist, both instruments feature prominently in his compositions.

MacMahon has written music for films that have screened at international film festivals, including the dark comedy feature Sick Puppy. He has also scored video games for independent game developers. His orchestral works have been performed by Canadian ensembles.

MacMahon is an Associate Composer at the Canadian Music Centre & a member of On Screen Manitoba & The Screen Composers Guild of Canada.
